How Your.Reviews works

Anyone can read. Verified customers write. Businesses answer in public. And every review is checked before it publishes — that is the whole idea.

From a purchase to a published review

Three steps, the same for every business and product
01A review comes in

A customer writes it on their own, or a business invites them by email or text after a purchase or a job. Either way it is tied to a real purchase or engagement — that is what makes it a verified review.

02It is checked

Four signals run on every review before it appears: the sentiment behind the words, machine-learning patterns, the history of the business and the reviewer, and how the account behaves. Anything the system cannot verify is held and read by a person. Fraud does not publish.

03It publishes, on the record

A negative review is held for 72 hours first, so the business can contact the customer and try to put it right. Then it publishes whether or not that worked, with the business’s reply under it and everything said in between kept on the record.

Open by design

What we publish, and what we never do
Everything is public

Every review, every reply and every trust score is visible to anyone. There is no private tier of reviews and no way to buy a better score.

Removals are never silent

Anyone can flag a review. A flagged review is hidden while our integrity team investigates, and the outcome is written into the business’s trust and safety record.

Nobody pays per review

A plan is one price a month. Collecting more reviews, good or bad, never costs a business more — so there is no reason to hold any back.
