By accessing and using Your.Reviews ("the Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including reviewers, business owners, visitors, and any other users of our services.

2. Description of Service

Your.Reviews is a review platform that allows users to:

• Write and publish reviews about businesses and products
• Search and discover businesses and products
• Manage business profiles and respond to reviews
• Link products to businesses (PREMIUM feature)
• Access analytics and insights
• Subscribe to business management plans

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You must verify your email address and mobile number as required
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent platform restrictions
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any laws
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without permission
• Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content without authorization
• Violate intellectual property rights of others

5. Content and Reviews

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post, but by posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform.

5.2 Review Guidelines

• Reviews must be based on genuine experiences
• Reviews must be truthful and accurate
• Reviews must not contain personal attacks or offensive language
• Reviews must comply with our Content Moderation Policy
• We reserve the right to remove or moderate reviews that violate our guidelines

5.3 Content Moderation

We use automated moderation and AI systems to detect and prevent spam, fake reviews, and inappropriate content. All content is subject to review and may be removed or edited at our discretion.

6. Business Accounts and Subscriptions

6.1 Subscription Plans

• FREE: Write reviews, view businesses/products (no business management)
• BASIC ($29 AUD/month): Add 1 business, basic dashboard, respond to reviews
• PREMIUM ($79 AUD/month): Multiple businesses, product linking, team management, full analytics

6.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly per business
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Your.Reviews and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Platform without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

8.2 Content Accuracy

We do not verify the accuracy of user-generated content, including reviews and business information. Users are responsible for the content they post.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your.Reviews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your.Reviews, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the Platform or other users
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• At our sole discretion for any other reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. We may delete your account and content, subject to our data retention policies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
