Yes. Base is free for as long as you like: one listing, verified review collection, a reply to every review and the basic widget. No card, no time limit.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
If you have not picked a plan, the listing drops back to Base and keeps every review it collected. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged.
Do you charge per review, per invite or per location?
No. A plan is one price a month with everything in it. Premium covers as many locations and products as you have.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, from the dashboard. Moving up starts straight away; moving down takes effect at the end of the billing period you have paid for.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
By card, through Stripe, monthly or yearly. Cancel from the dashboard whenever you like and the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
