The same for every product, from one item to a whole range
01Create an account, or sign in
A free account, in a minute. If you already have one, sign in.
02Choose Add product in your dashboard
The form asks for the name and the brand; the category; a description and the key features; up to five photos; and a website or a place to buy it, if you like.
03We check it
The moderation team reads every submission against the guidelines, usually within a day or two. You get an email when it is live.
04Reviews come in
The product is in the directory: customers find it, rate it and review it. Share its page with the people who bought it.
05Watch and reply
The dashboard shows every review and rating; reply in public to any of them. A reply to a poor review is read by everyone who comes after.
Why list a product here
What a listing does for it
Reviews people can trust
Every review is tied to a real purchase or engagement and checked before it publishes, so a good rating means something.
Found by the people looking
Products turn up in search by name, category and brand; the more reviews and the better the rating, the more they are seen.
Straight talk from customers
What they liked, what they would change — the words behind the stars, in one place.
No. The account, the product page, the reviews and basic analytics are free. The Business and Premium plans add more; the pricing page has the detail.
+How long does approval take?
Usually a day or two. Each submission is checked against the guidelines and you get an email when it is live.
+What can I list?
Almost any consumer product: electronics, home goods, beauty, clothing, toys and more. Not illegal products, weapons, adult content or anything the guidelines rule out.
+Can I add many products at once?
On the paid plans, yes, by CSV import. On Base, one at a time from the dashboard.
+Can I edit a product later?
Yes, from the dashboard. A change to the name, the category or the photos may go back through moderation.
+What about a poor review?
It stays. Reply to it in public: how a business handles a complaint is often what the next buyer reads first.
+Do I have to own the brand?
You have to be entitled to represent the product: the maker, an authorised retailer, a distributor or the brand’s representative.

The Help Center walks through a listing; support is there for the rest.
