Introduction

These Terms of Service and Billing Conditions govern your use of Your.Reviews as a business. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Subscription Plans

FREE Plan

• View reviews and basic business information
• No business management features
• No monthly fee

BASIC Plan - $29 AUD/month

• Add and manage 1 business
• Respond to reviews
• Basic dashboard and analytics
• Email support

PREMIUM Plan - $79 AUD/month

• Add and manage multiple businesses
• Link products via GPIK system
• Team management and invitations
• Full analytics and insights
• AI moderation alerts
• Priority support

Billing

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly per business
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Billing occurs on the same date each month
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the billing date. You will be charged the current subscription rate for your plan.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle.

Cancellation

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge

After Cancellation

After cancellation:

• You retain access to your plan features until the end of the billing period
• Your account will revert to FREE plan access
• Your business data will be retained for 90 days
• You can resubscribe at any time

Business Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not solicit fake reviews or manipulate ratings

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

• Violation of these terms or our policies
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Abuse of the platform or other users
• At our sole discretion for any other reason

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your.Reviews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
