Specific terms and billing policies for PREMIUM plan subscribers on Your.Reviews.
Introduction
These terms and billing policies apply specifically to PREMIUM plan subscribers on Your.Reviews. In addition to our general Business Terms of Service, these terms govern your PREMIUM subscription.
PREMIUM Plan Features
Included Features
- Multiple Businesses: Add and manage unlimited businesses
- Product Linking: Link products using the GPIK (Global Product Identity Key) system
- Team Management: Invite team members with role-based permissions
- Full Analytics: Comprehensive analytics and insights dashboard
- AI Moderation Alerts: Real-time alerts for potentially problematic reviews
- Priority Support: Faster response times and dedicated support channel
- Advanced Features: Access to all current and future premium features
Pricing
Monthly Subscription
- Price: $79 AUD per month per business
- Billing: Monthly, on the same date each month
- Payment: Processed securely through Stripe
- GST: Included in price where applicable
Multiple Businesses
Each business on your account requires a separate PREMIUM subscription. You can manage multiple businesses from a single account, but each is billed separately.
Billing Policies
Payment Methods
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Other payment methods as available through Stripe
Automatic Renewal
Your PREMIUM subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled. You will be charged $79 AUD on your billing date.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We will attempt to process the payment again
- You will receive email notifications about the failed payment
- Your account will be downgraded to FREE plan after 7 days of non-payment
- You can update your payment method and reactivate your subscription
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change PREMIUM plan pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.
Cancellation
How to Cancel
You may cancel your PREMIUM subscription at any time:
- Through your dashboard under Billing settings
- By contacting support at support [at] your.reviews
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
After Cancellation
When you cancel:
- You retain PREMIUM features until the end of your billing period
- Your account downgrades to FREE plan automatically
- You lose access to PREMIUM features (product linking, team management, etc.)
- Your business data is retained for 90 days
- You can resubscribe at any time
Refunds
- No refunds for partial billing periods
- Refunds may be considered for exceptional circumstances
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Feature Access
During Subscription
While your PREMIUM subscription is active, you have full access to all PREMIUM features for all businesses on your account.
After Downgrade
After downgrading to FREE or BASIC:
- Product links remain but cannot be edited
- Team members lose access
- Advanced analytics are no longer available
- You can resubscribe to regain access
Team Management
Team Members
PREMIUM plans include team management features:
- Invite team members with different role permissions
- Manage access levels (OWNER, ADMIN, MANAGER, VIEWER)
- Monitor team activity
- Remove team members when needed
Team Member Limits
PREMIUM plans allow unlimited team members per business. Each team member must have a Your.Reviews account.
Product Linking
PREMIUM plans include access to the GPIK (Global Product Identity Key) system:
- Link products to your business profile
- Provide product information and pricing
- Manage product availability and stock status
- Receive reviews for linked products
Support
PREMIUM subscribers receive:
- Priority email support (faster response times)
- Dedicated support channel
- Advanced feature assistance
- Regular feature updates and announcements
Changes to Features
We may add, modify, or remove PREMIUM features from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes. New features are automatically included in your subscription.
